Beyond the Surface

A return to the traditional architecture of Tantra Hatha

If you are here, it's likely that you are seeking something more than physical postures.

You've realised that the pace of modern vinyasa is no longer cutting it - that a workout isn't the same as a true Yoga practice.

You are ready to understand Yoga as it was truly intended: as a profound spiritual science for human consciousness.

Through 12+ years of dedicated stewardship, I invite you to step away from the noise and into a sanctuary of substance.

Here, we recalibrate the nervous system, honour the ancient lineages, and build a sadhana that sustains you long after you leave the mat.

The Three Pillars of Practice

  • AN EXACT SCIENCE

Hatha Yoga is a precise technology that yields perfect results 100% of the time, provided it is practised correctly. Sadly, most modern Yoga practices is untethered from this traditional foundation, rendering it incomplete and ineffective. By returning to the original science of Tantra Hatha, we replace "fitness" with a systemic practice that is precisely tailored to your specific needs.

  • INITIATION & LINEAGE

True Yoga is a living wisdom that cannot be researched; it must be received. By honouring the traditional lineage, we ensure that the practices, tools, and technical knowledge of Tantra, Hatha, and Bhakti Yoga remain potent and intact. This pillar represents a commitment to passing on the teachings with the same integrity and precision with which they have been delivered for centuries—ensuring the transmission remains a living bridge to the source.

  • THE ARCHITECTURE OF STILLNESS

We must return to the fundamental truth: Yoga was always intended for the mind, not the body. Within this tradition, we use the body as a sophisticated tool to access the mental field. By utilising the subtle body as a map, we recalibrate the nervous system to quiet the fluctuations of the mind. This is the shift from the: Yoga of doing" into a state of profound, stable stillness, back to source.

The Mechanics of Transformation

For a practice to be complete and truly transformational, it must integrate three essential technologies: Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation.

  • ASANA: The body is used to leverage the breath. A practice is prescribed, specific to your unique ailments, whether it be stagnant digestion, poor sleep, or a fractured nervous system.

  • PRANAYAMA: The breath is used to leverage the mind. As the bridge to the autonomic nervous system, mastering the breath allows for a direct interface with the energy that governs the internal state, moving more into the subtle realm.

  • MEDITATION: The final result is meditation. By silencing the mind through prescribed tools and techniques we reach a more stable, profound and empowered state of conciousness.
